We can but you need some programing for that, i think these days browsers are smart enough to catch such attacks. The trick mentioned above does not work in mozilla firefox. This bug is also fixed in ie7 (internet explorer 7)

this may be dangerous..but this is not effective on me as my internet security stops such sites from opening.
