Instructions
1)Download the 3 files straight from microsoft
2)run X13-49120/X13-49120.exe
3)It will extract and setup will start. u just close the installer and go to the folder where u have downloaded the files. there will be another folder called vista that contains the windows CD
4)Burn the disc with any programm u like or just mount it to an ISO and install vista from ISO with daemon tools or something.
