Create beautifull wall papers in paint

1. Open paint and create a very small image and fill it with your favorite colors and save it as bitmap image. ( 4*4 pixel image for multiple colors and 2*2 pixel image for two colors )
2. Set it as desktop back ground.
3. Right click on desktop > Properties > Desktop and select stretch in position option

now check the new wall paper, you will be amazed to see it. Here are a few wall papers i designed
