I love the built-in ad postions but their ability to take only an image and URL pretty limits what we can do with them. Is it possible to make them accept scripts from ad networks?

Also, having control over the color of the outlines in the sidebar and featured posts and the background of the sidebar will make this fantastic theme even more customizable.
